Return & Exchange Policy:

At JusRédor Collection, we value your support and want you to feel confident with every purchase. Please take a moment to review our updated return and exchange guidelines.


Returns

We are currently not accepting returns for refunds. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to email us at info@jusredor.com and we’ll do our best to work something out for you.


Exchanges & Store Credit

We’re happy to accept items for exchange or store credit if they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of customer damage.

  • Original JusRédor tags are still attached.

  • Item is in its original packaging.

  • Item is mailed back within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please Note:

  • After 14 days, items are no longer eligible for exchange or store credit.

  • Exchanges are limited to one item only, of equal or lesser value than your original purchase.


⚠️ Intimate Apparel Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, all undergarments (including bras, underwear, and similar intimate items) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, regardless of condition.


How to Mail an Exchange

  1. Email us at info@jusredor.com to confirm your item and receive mailing instructions.

  2. Ship your item to the address provided.

  3. Once received and approved, we will:

    • Apply store credit to your account, or

    • Ship your exchange item (please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery).


Shipping Note

As a small business, we kindly ask customers to cover the cost of shipping items back to us. We’ll happily cover the cost of shipping your exchange out to you.

If your item arrives defective or we made an error with your order, we’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost.
