RETURN POLICY

UPDATES:
Due to COVID-19, our return policy has changed. Unfortunately, we are currently not accepting returns. Please don't hesitate to send us an email and we will do our best to work something out for you!

JusRédor Collection will accept, for store credit or exchange, item(s) in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For store credit or exchange, item(s) must be mailed out within 14 days with the receipt of original order. After 14 days, items are not eligible for store credit or exchange. Items must have all JusRédor tags still attached and must be in its original packaging.

How to Mail Out:

Exchanges will be sent out ASAP!
Allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery
